Art Deco Dolls House
December 23rd, 2008Art deco was a popular movement in design history, the bold used of stepped forms, chevron patterns and sweeping curves. The sunray motif was very popular and was found on such varied contexts as ladies’ shoes, radiator grilles, windows and doors.
We have created an elegant sunray motif mirror on p191 of catalogue using a large mirror sheet and a sheet of green mosaic tile paper with a border, by layering shapes and patterns.
Why not try creating your very own piece of miniature wall art from a design movement such as, Cubism, Pop Art or Art nouveau?
