Listening out for feedback

If you’ve placed an order online with The Dolls House Emporium recently, you will have been contacted by our new customer service partner, Feefo. We’ve joined forces with them because it is the most straightforward way for us to gain that all-important feedback on how your transaction went – and it’s more convenient for you as you need only answer two questions and being completely anonymous, you can be as brutal as you like!

We’re also working with Feefo because this system helps us to respond easily, quickly and efficiently – and get back to you as quickly as possible if you need help or advice. Unfortunately under the old system, it was extremely difficult to monitor reviews, respond to concerns raised in them and take action on any problems. Feefo allows us to do that much easier and thus continue to improve our product range, make changes to product representation where necessary (ie more images, details and so on) and to continue to strive to maintain the exceptional service standards we have become known for. If you’ve made reviews with us before, they will be viewable on the website, the data just has to transfer over from the previous review system but should be there very soon.

If you have any security concerns about Feefo, there really is no need to worry. Here’s the FAQs from their website which will answer any concerns that you have and as you can see from the website, there are a great many well known and reputable companies who use the Feefo feedback system, names such as Fat Face, Charles Tyrwhitt and Suttons Seeds.

All customers can expect an e-mail about their purchase, so thank you for helping out during the start-up period on our new feedback system – it’s what helps us make our customer communication the award-winning service we’re famous for.

There may even be a bit of a backlog processing the information you supply because it’s proving so popular with our customers, under the past system we took 4000 reviews in total over a period of years, in the few weeks that Feefo has been running we’ve already had over 2500!

    With reference to the above item received on 13th September 2011. I am writing to say how marvellous Magpies is, the few little problems have all been ironed out.

    Most of all, the follow-up call that I received the following day asking if the house had arrived safely, was very much appreciated as it shows the high standard of your Company. Thank you very much for giving so many people a lot of pleasure with your products.
