Two big winners for spotting dolls’ houses on TV!

February 6th, 2013

Last night’s Emmerdale sent our email crazy when dolls’ house experts got in touch to say they’d seen a Dolls House Emporium house featured on TV!

It was, of course, an old favourite, the Woodcutter’s Cottage, which although has been discontinued for some time turned up in pristine condition in millions of people’s homes just after 7pm.

Woodcutter's Cottage

Woodcutter’s, when built, was 573 x 384 x 678 mm with four rooms. Its special features included a stained-glass effect front door and round window; a feature staircase; front foot path, unusual wooden door and windows; delightful roof ridge moulding and ‘gingerbread’ trim.

There’s great news too, for Stella Crockard, from Essex, who used her eagle eyes to spot Fairbanks at the back of a shop on a recent episode of Bargain Hunt.
